  4. All call-outs will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts
Gold

All the benefits of the Silver plus,

  1. "Free of charge call-outs" including labor and travel if the system is faulty. Replacement parts will be charged for
  2. Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power / telephone line failures, or natural events, ie, floods, lightning etc are not covered, and will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts.

 

Platinum
  1. All the benefits of the both silver and gold , plus -
  2. "Free of charge call-outs" including labor and travel if the systems is faulty
  3. "Free of charge replacement parts" if the system is faulty
  4.  "Free of charge replacement rechargeable batteries" every 5 years
  5. Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power / telephone line failures, or natural events, ie, floods, lightning etc are not covered, and will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts.

We guarantee that call-outs - if chargeable - will not be charged at more than our published rates. A copy of these rates and our full Terms and Conditions for the above contracts are available on request.
