All the benefits of the Silver plus,
- "Free of charge call-outs" including labor and travel if the system is faulty. Replacement parts will be charged for
- Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power / telephone line failures, or natural events, ie, floods, lightning etc are not covered, and will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts.
- All the benefits of the both silver and gold , plus -
- "Free of charge call-outs" including labor and travel if the systems is faulty
- "Free of charge replacement parts" if the system is faulty
- "Free of charge replacement rechargeable batteries" every 5 years
- Repairs / faults caused by operator misuse, power / telephone line failures, or natural events, ie, floods, lightning etc are not covered, and will be charged for including labor, travel and replacement parts.
We guarantee that call-outs - if chargeable - will not be charged at more than our published rates. A copy of these rates and our full Terms and Conditions for the above contracts are available on request.
